Recently, I went on a difficult journey which is looking for a house to buy in 2020 and everybody knows it’s impossible to buy a house these days and I met Manoj Atri and suddenly everything changed and very easy. Manoj Atri is an agent that we all need because he’s professional, he’s hard working and In fact his advices are good when it comes to buying a house. My family have a home because of Manoj Atri, my experiences with him brought me a lot of intelligency of buying a home. Search for Manoj Atri when you need a real estate agent or you need to purchase a property.

Took while to find this place on maps, judging by other reviews this realtor Mr. Kayvan appears to have a certain MO. It was our first time using a realtor to find a place to rent. Our realtor found us a place Kayvan was the listing agents. It all started with the paperwork, Kayvan and team were not helpful at all. Their listing was not accurate and they weren't able to answer any questions. They were so unorganized that we had to resign lease papers multiple times. Once that was done, we had to sign a different version of the same papers, non of it made any sense! The paperwork was finally in order so we had to pay first and last. Show up to the office with the money ready and they rudely would not accept it as it wasn't a bank draft or certified cheques (non of this was listed on the lease papers). This was not portrayed to us. Finally the paperwork is finalized, we get our keys and that's the end of Kayvan and company, so we thought. We show up to the place and start moving in, notice there's people living downstairs. We find out the basement is being utilized by the landlord for airbnb rentals. Normally not a big deal, but you quickly find out short term tenants don't care about keeping the place clean. If this was in the listing, we probably would not have chosen this place. Even worse we had different people coming in and out, even when covid hit. The airbnb piece was conveniently left out of the listing. Covid comes along and well into it we decide to move out, we give our landlord our 60 day written notice and a move out date. Could you guess who comes along weeks later trying to list the place and schedule viewings? Also get us to try and sign another useless form? That's right Mr Kayvan. We're in full on covid third wave and stay at home order, He showed up unannounced asking where the lease sign is, asking for our keys to put into the lock box, asking us details about the property. Just rude, if he didn't get his way. These are Items we don't get involved with. He even tried to come in. He then gets us to allow or deny viewings through a booking website (also not our job). We were obviously concerned for our health, we were clear about that so we started denying requests, other agents and their customers were not taking the safety precautions seriously and we didn't feel safe and couldn't risk it. I can't even list how many times Mr Kayvan called, texted or emailed us regarding the listing especially if we denied it. We eventually agreed upon sending a video walk through. To top it off, a day before we were scheduled to move out showed up again unannounced asking when he can list the place.. We had an agreement, no more viewings until we're gone. Zero respect for boundaries or our safety. Anything for the sale. I'd look elsewhere for a real estate agent. We did not have any professional exchange starting day 1 with this agent.

Stay away from Mario Mendoza. Everything was fine, until my prospective landlord tried to pull out after the contract was signed and Mario completely ghosted me. I called, texted, emailed, called the office and left messages for him multiple times and never heard back. That was months ago. Got his cut and got out. Extremely unimpressed.
