This review is for only the agent Kyria Auger, not for the David or Alexandre ( team or additional staff) Type: First time home buyers Like many first time buyers, everyone tells you to be wary & cautious of agents as they have their own means too ends. Kyria was our guardian angel. As first time buyers with analytical professions, we always had questions and “what if “ and “what does that mean” questions to the point where it would annoy ourselves. Kryia remained calm, patient and super transparent with us. We appreciated the her knowledge of the neighbourhoods we were interested in. During times of stress, she was reassuring and honest with us - she knew when she had to be our agent to ensure we understood the long term objectives and when to be empathetic and compassionate when we were overwhelmed. Unfortunately the negotiation process was not with Kyria, as she already had a family vacation pre arranged. I firmly believe her intention was to setup us for success by selecting a team member who had strong negotiation skills. WHO KNEW it would become an shitstorm and breech of confidentiality! My experience with Kyria has been very positive, I enjoyed our ways of working, she is quick to follow up with emails and texts - when she says she’ll look through the documents with you - she will be true to her word and will explain the nuances that you may be unfamiliar with. In comparison to her team mate & agents I’ve met before Kyria, she demonstrates high emotional intelligence and gave us above and beyond customer service. No client is perfect; when this is the biggest decision of the rest of your life -- you will appreciate a the synergy of a trusting, empathetic and genuinely passionate agent who wants you help you buy a HOME ( not just a property).

As first time sellers, Andrew put us at ease. Very reliable. He took great care in our interests of us the sellers, and as buyers of our first home. Always ready to answer our questions and making sure we fully understood the process of buying and selling our home. Very pleasant working with Mr. Di Franco!
