The work is excellent. In all the years of getting my vehicles fixed by RCL never once have I had a problem with the repair or maintenance they did. Fair prices and great people!

In the past six years I have enjoyed and appreciated all they have done for me and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting quality service and professional work.

K	Kimberley Lefebvre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 9 days for an appointment, drove in from out of town, needed to have my drivers window switch replaced told the guy the issue before checking my car, sat there for 5 minutes the girl at the cash made 1 phone call to the dealership for the part then told me 385$ wasn’t able to find another option and charged me 55$ to tell me what I already knew!...complete waste of my time and money...very disappointed!..will not return for service.

My appointment was for an oil change and to check for an exhaust leak. The greeting at the door was friendly and professional. The waiting room was small but comfortable. The mechanic who found and repaired the exhaust leak explained exactly what he thought should be done in terms I could understand. He also pointed out a serious problem with a tire I had bought three months earlier at Canadian Tire (CT). I found the price for the work RCL did was very reasonable, and they gave me the information I needed to deal with CT on the defective tire CT had sold me. I'm new in the area, and today's experience makes me confident I have found a repair shop I can trust.
