★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST BRANCH EVER!!!! 4 different times I have went to this branch and they complain about depositing money??? I have used many different branches around the province and I can say with out a doubt the staff here are the laziest, most ignorant people I have ever ever dealt with at a bank!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Oct.12/2021 , I went to inside this bank & gentleman name FERRIS called me with big smile & greeting , it was my first time to use my access card bc I’m new customer at RBC, he help me to set my card on line , he answered all my questions. His knowledge, kindness, experience & help was amazing, his communication was Unbelievable so good, even though I have few injuries in my body but that gentleman he make me very comfortable, Truly I was very happy with his service . His great service, kindness & experience put big smile on my face . Im asking the highest management of RBC IN THE HEAD OFFICE TO give him big thank you & to highlight his name with great compliments so other bank stuff to be encouraged to give good service to their customer. Im looking forward to get reply from the RBC HEAD OFFICE so I’ll highlight RBC BANK more appreciation among my family & friend . THANK YOU .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt unconformable when I deposited $10K into my checking account, the teller asked where the money came from and my career ,Also, I was asked what my money will be used for when I withdrawn the money. were those questions mandatory? I doubt it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Drive thru is constantly plaster with spit all over it (Is this how Royal Bank protects customers against Covid? Disgraceful) and the garbage slot is never empty!! (No privacy for discarding slips).
