★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received a cheque from a lawyer who's trust account is with RBC in Arnprior. Went in to the branch to have the cheque certified, was told as I was not a client of RBC they do not do this. The teller did not ask if I wanted to open an account and I now certainly would not become a client nor recommend anyone else do so either. Not impressed...
