★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually find the people there helpful, however, as someone having a meeting at a bank to make changes to an account, which means I clearly am legally old enough to make those changes, being referred to as a girl more than once is seriously off-putting. I went back to bring it to the attention of the employee who did it, Maria, mentioning the feeling of being disrespected and undermined and received no apology or acknowledgment of my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be a great place to bank about 15 years ago. In the last 15 years it has transformed to the absolute worst branch I have ever dealt with.
Their main goal appears to attract new customers and provide absolutely no service to their existing long term customers.
If you have 45 min to do a 2 minute transaction then this branch is for you.
I wish I could say this is only during peek hours or days but it’s not.
Peek hours can leave you standing in line for well over a hour!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My worst bank experience ever!!! All over the world!!! 07/15....Advisor wasted two and half hours of my time trying to open a business account. Financial advisor wasted all my time eventually could not open a proper account. I could not reach manager or assistant manager on phone...so disappointed. I had no choice but to go to the RBC on St. Mary's where Anika was very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employee was rude to us despite being 20+ year customers. I wanted to get their name but name tag was faced to the wall.
This was my first time in this branch as I just moved close and it will be my last. Next branch is much further but worth it if I don't have to endure this kind of service.
