Y	Yeonji L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE service. I’ve never been treated like this before at any bank. I didn’t know about some things and this middle aged white lady there treated me like an idiot. She is supposed to help ppl who do not know bank stuff and that’s her job, right? I even thought that she was being racist towards me as a non-white person. I really try hard to not bother workers whenever I go to the bank but I guess I was being too annoying even though I asked her one thing to do. I even asked my friends if I was being too dramatic but everyone says that she was being very rude. I will never talk to that lady again if I have to visit this bank next time. She REALLY needs to get trained again.

Check The usual crush of people during any break or lunch hour? Check Random homeless striking up conversations with you in line? Check A surprisingly smooth flow of customer traffic despite the above? Oh? Incredibly personable and informative staff? Yes, please This was my Monday morning in a nutshell. I came in on what I was informed was the wrong day of the week after making a joke about the line to Sheila, the teller that assisted me. It would be easy to be frustrated working here on a Monday, and even easier to treat every client like the next waste of 5 minutes of your life. We're all guilty of it. Despite it being Monday morning; despite the never ending line; Sheila was all smiles and nothing but personable. She made some useful recommendations to me based on the situation I described to her and even more importantly, talked to me person to person - not teller to client. If someone from this location is reading this, give Sheila a pat on the back, a "good job", a raise, whatever it is you do at RBC to show appreciation to your employees.
J	Jonathon Snyder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a Zero, I would. Slow, uneducated, lack of common sense or knowledge and people who don’t know the basics of customer service. You would think service increased as you worked your way up in management, and even the branch manager is absolutely clueless. I wish there words I could use to effectively describe the staff but they are considered inappropriate. Poor choice in an institution, if judged by this location. Better off to close the branch then employ idiots.
p	puran sidhu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I appreciate TD so much now, glad not to have any day to day banking with RBC anymore. Times are testing, but please learn from TD Bank how to get through this. Bubble gum in mouth, and head out of the door, that is how they treat you. They pretend as if doing favor. Not a good scene here. Treat people well, before they start filling their mattresses than showing in your bank. This could be lesson for improvement, on the bright side.

After expriencing such a horiffic customer service, I right away changed my bank. RBC is ripping people in this branch especially most customers who goes to this branch are new immigrants (dont speak english) and with less income, and instead of helping people this branch employee are making situation worse. I dont ever recommed this branch to anyone.
