M	Michael Starr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutal service. I had a 5 thousand dollar wire transfer go thru and they would not release it to me. Said I had to wait a cpl days. Ummmmm did I not pay 25 bucks to insure that it was there immediately??? Stupid. They called the cops on me cause I was swearing while talking and had me removed. I then went to a different branch and took all the money out. I then asked my friend who is a banker why this would happen?? He said that the workers get in trouble for the more money they hand out. It's about taking as much as possible and giving very little. Crooks!

If I was not a client then would they not give me the change?and the manager walks around with her nose in the air like she is better than everyone...the other clerks are great especially Marie

Basically the manager of the branch asked me to do her job. The manager expressed very unprofessional behaviour towards the client by pretending that she tries to help but when I asked her number of particular questions she was not able to respond on them and truly help with the issue(s)! Please be advised that is this particular review is only about the one particular individual (RBC branch manager)! Thanks.

Even the services over the phone makes me feel respected, regardless of how much money is in my account. To me it appears that RBC invested in hiring skilled representatives, then training them to offer a professional image of this top financial institution, and that is a good marketing strategy.

I wasted a week of my time opening a small business account and they avoided opening an account for me for no reason, and they couldn't provide me any documents or showing me a law which makes me not eligible for that. I drove from the other side of town to this place and they just wasted my time. Cindy is an incompetent bank advisor by all means.

When I went to brach and asked for explanation, since bank of Canada rate did not fall. Bank rep could not answer me and said that the branch manager will give me a call to answer my question. Manager did not call back, but had a rep call me back to say that a letter will be sent to me. Interesting how banks can change contract and not inform customers. John
