I consider myself a patient person but it’s the same old story at this location - no immediacy from staff, who although friendly, work as though they have all the time in the world, regardless of the amount of people waiting to be served

I have been coming here for years, But with a new manager comes new staff.. only two staff have been here 8+ years, the rest are clueless. They work at a snails pace, the worst customer service of all RBC. I have been told outright lies by reps that don't know the right information. Bad is when just don't want to help you, its worse.. if you ask for something very straight forward to be done with your accounts, they will do what they THINK is better for you (and them). The manager M Gallant, will then either reply in a condescending manner that the staff were given bad instructions, or all banks operate this way. And when you point out the clear instructions again, she ghosts you. I feel bad for the 2 good remaining tellers. The homeless guy in the foyer will need to find a new place to stay once they close this place down.

SOMEONE AT RBC NEEDS TO SUBMIT A CHANGE IN THE HOURS LISTED ON GOOGLE BEFORE WASTING MORE OF PEOPLES TIME!!! AND NOT HAVE THE CUSTOMER SHOW UP AND ITS NOT OPEN ??
