★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealt with RBC my whole life prior to my mortgage. you start the process waiting on hold for huge amounts of time just to talk to someone in god knows where. Then talk to mortgage person who initially says that with a new Modular home they will finance 90% of building costs. Later once house is on its way learn that they wont be covering any building costs in the mortgage after we completed the initial work before the house arrives. Nothing but a terrible experience from start to finish. I recommend going anywhere else especially if you are a first time home buyer as there is little to no guidance throughout the whole process. Thanks for screwing us RBC.
