★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Service and i was discriminated because the color of skin and basically accused of being a part of fraud although i have banked with them for 10+ yrs. Manager was rude and could of done more. DO NOT BANK AT THIS RBC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't do business with this branch, but do business at another RBC on Bayfield St. I was referred to an advisor on Thursday Sept. 3 & was told she'd reach out to me probably the next day. Well, a week has passed, & there hasn't been a phone call at all. I shall attend the branch in person & ask to see the person involved. I shall also state that once my concern
is addressed, I will not be doing business with RBC when it comes to any investments. They don't listen to you, then when you get a statement, you find they've renewed your RRIF thereby preventing you from closing it out.
Terrible service. I also hate the fact that we can't reach the individual
banks, but must go through a 1800 number..only to get a recording asking for your Client Card # & the reason for your call. This is totally
unnacceptable. No professionalism anymore these days!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patricia really looked after my needs for personal and business banking. She went out of her way when I walked in without an appointment and she still had a ton of work to do. I really needed to fix an issue with my business account and she saw me on short notice. I must say that I am really satisfied with the service and the experience I had with her. She went above and beyond for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been trying to deal with the Bank by phone, it's impossible, very poor, extremely poor service. I'm a 77 year old fellow, never did speak to anyone, so disappointed. Could understand what they were trying to say or do, so I could get answers to my needs. I'm questioning my 60 years of banking with the Royal, need to look at other providers.
Not happy at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard at this branch is so poor for a Canadian Financial Institution. A reasonable percentage of staff at this location are incompetent, dishonest and bais. You just can't avoid giving them a bad review. Gave them 1 month to review and correct thier incompetency. Yet they failed. So aweful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience with this branch the financial advisor had given us false information and mislead us for months until we had no choice with weeks of our mortgage renewal we had to go with them again because we didn't have enough time to start the process elsewhere. I complained as hi up I could go at the end the individual should of been dismissed as far as I'm concerned for falsely giving us nothing but lies and mislead us to believe things were going to happen when in fact they didn't and all I got was excuses from them. I had my mortgage with this branch for years and can't believe how we were treated Absolutely disgusting on RBC's part. Can't wait my mortgage will be done on next renewal and I will never bank with them again.

If you plan on coming here, make sure you block off a significant part of your calendar because they are slow and you will be waiting in line.

Could open an account! He was so excited to open an account and deposit his first big check!!
Well beyond disappointment with WENDY as she treated my Son like a piece of Dirt...!
Hands down absolutely unacceptable 100%
I've also been an RBC client for over 20yrs.!
Do not go to this BRANCH! They should be shut down. ASAP.
