★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dalton, one of the client adviser of this RBC branch, helped me in setting my account back up from suspension after my online banking was hacked and manipulated. He's has been very understanding of my situation, was very thorough in checking my information and making sure that my account was in good hands since I froze my account.
He's helped me twice now and definitely is very helpful when you ask the questions :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is great! The staff are super friendly and it’s not super busy!
I will say that I’ve really have had a bad time with RBC in general and I haven’t even been with them for a month.
They charged me fees for problems on their side and then when I queried where the mail is that I had to pay for, I was told I didn’t request it so it doesn’t need to arrive on time (yet they take fees off for it).
So temped to switch banks! Was told rbc is great well.. I have other opinions on that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never apply if you have no experience in financial sector….Because there is no opportunity for new candidates…their HR needs to be trained…was very rude with me saying that she has selected the candidate who has years of experience…..why you have posted the wrong information on your website???about the diversity……
