โ โ โ โ โ Waited outside in line as they only let one person in due to covid. Understandable. The customer service rep was unhelpful, didnโt know what she was found, no smiles and even when she did speak she was rude and abrupt. Not helpful at all. I ended up taking the cheque I was trying to cash (I am so a RBC client) drove 5 min down to Southpoint branch and actually got a โhelloโ smile and service.

โ โ โ โ โ Incredibly slow service. We had to wait in line for 30 minutes out in the freezing cold with only 3 staff inside working at sloth speed. Line had only 5 people in it because some are tired of waiting. I have never gone in a bank this slow just to pay a company bill. Never again ... will go to the one in Morgan Crossing.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible service at this bank. I was required to confirm my power of attorney after all this information had been shared and a bank form filled out to this effect 5 years ago. Then two in person visits were required and my address was clarified and copies of my drivers license etc. Then the new bank card was mailed to an old address. Unbeleavable....

โ โ โ โ โ Absolutely the worst location I've ever been to. Lineups are horrendous and they don't really see to give a ....
I hope high up reads this. 6 people in line. It feels more like a commercial bank than a personal bank. Stay away. I've been here probably 10 times and it's always the same.
Just spoke to the manager and she waived me off. Showed her the reviews. I'm patient but this is terrible

โ โ โ โ โ The custom service here, especially on the phone. RBC has got to be the worst service bank you could possibly imagine. If your a new client go anywhere else but here. I have been a slave to them for 19 years. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE THEY CARE ABOUT MONEY.

โ โ โ โ โ The one star just for the courteous staff.
I went there to open an account and I was told that due to COVID they cannot open the account in person. I can schedule an online appointment and they would do the process online. But wait, to complete the process, I would still have to come visit the branch to submit the documents and sign the documents. Make sense?
Went to CIBC and was out with an account in 15 minutes with all COVID guidelines followed.

โ โ โ โ โ This is the worst branch Iโve ever been to unless of course, youโre looking for POOR service! Thereโs always a lineup as they only have a couple of tellers working on Saturday and they have absolutely no sense of service or urgency as they do their best to ignore you while you stand in-line. RBC should fire local management &/or close this wretched branch!
