★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. Hired this company to do our commercial floors. Have given feedback multiple times to the cleaners and finally took photos of the horrible quality (they are BAD - and show nothing was being swept let alone cleaned). We started timing their entry and when they’d leave to find out how long they would come for their cleans of our building and they had cut them down to most often around 45 mins, and weren’t doing the work, so I sent all images and info to the owner only to be basically told that his staff comes first and there’s nothing they plan to do to make this right- although i did tell them to drop our keys off, I sent detailed photos again in response thinking that if he saw how bad the floors were he would be shocked and certainly apologetic. (We took pics of before the clean and after the clean, and how there was no change (mud on floors etc) - and not so much as an apology. Very disappointing, unprofessional & poor poor quality.
