Dans la semaine suivant cet appel, un électricien est passé sans appeler à l'avance puisque mon commerce était sur son chemin. Le problème était seulement le globe finalement, je n'avais pas vérifié puisqu'il était neuf et j'avais pris pour acquis qu'il fonctionnait. Au total cet intervention à dû prendre en tout et partout 5 minutes. Puis j'ai reçu une facture de 97,73... J'ai par la suite appelé pour savoir si c'était possible de réduire cette facture considérant que l'intervention n'avait pas demandé de déplacement et qu'elle avait à peine prise de temps et on m'a répondu avec un "c'est comme ça qu'est ce que vous voulez que je vous disent".. Étant une entreprise en démarrage les factures inutiles sont plus que désagréable à recevoir, je ne recommande donc pas cet compagnie qui charge pour charger. I contacted this company for a problem concerning an exterior light. In the week following this call, an electrician came by without calling in advance since my business was on its way. The problem was only the globe after all, I hadn't checked since it was new and I had taken it for granted. In total this intervention had to take in all and everywhere 5 minutes. Then I received an invoice of 97.73 ... I then called to find out if it was possible to reduce this bill considering that the intervention had not requested travel and that it had barely taken time and I was answered with a "c that's how you want me to tell you ".. Being a start-up company unnecessary invoices are more than unpleasant to receive, so I do not recommend this company that charges to charge.
