Allan is originally from Donkin, Nova Scotia. He moved to Calgary in 1986 and started as a telemarketer for a carpet cleaning company. With hard work and dedication he quickly moved up the ladder in the restoration industry. In the past 34 years Allan has seen a wide variety of claims from multi-story water losses, extensive fire and smoke related claims, trauma and crime scenes to minor losses of all kinds. Allan has obtained the status of Master Water restorer, Master Fire & Smoke restorer and Master Textile. Along with his restoration education, Allan also participates in martial arts where he has achieved a second degree black belt. The art of discipline, respect, and excellence taught within martial arts has transferred to his business where Allan teaches these same principles to his staff. With many years in the industry and focused education in disaster restoration it has helped to shape Rapid Response into an industry leader. Allan has dedicated his career to being the best in the industry with the quickest response times for emergency response all while maintaining a high quality of services and workmanship.

B	Bera Chuang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to water damage caused by a unit two floors up, the Condo Management selected Rapid Response Restoration to remediate my condo unit. The restoration work was quite extensive; remove & replace ceiling & insulation, dry & re-carpet with new underlay, paint multiple walls, replace baseboards, etc. All work done excellently and meticulously by courteous & professional personnel. Bottom line, Rapid Response Restoration gets the job done right.
A	Amanda C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this company. We had a pipe burst and damage a small area of flooring (entry way). They were quick to come in and assess the situation. However, it took over a month for them to contact us about replacing flooring that they already had in stock. It wasn't until I emailed the contractor to find out when the floor would be installed did they come. After the flooring was installed, I came home to find out that the new laminate did not match the current one. When I spoke with the contractor about this he was very defensive and without inspecting it said it was due to wear (the current flooring was less than a year old). After coming to look at it, the contractor refused to admit the mistake of the flooring company and said because you couldn't see the difference in the picture, it was a match. This was not the case as the color and texture of the new flooring was different. Not once did he apologize for the mistake or inconvenience and the flooring was not replaced.

They were very personable, supportive, and understanding during the stressful experience. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat to anyone. They went out of their way to make sure that the house was okay and above all they would make sure that we were okay. It's the personal touch that made their service different and above anything we expected! Thank you!

But these folks were like night and day compared to that other flood restoration company: fast, courteous, and effective, they saved ALL of the flooring and walls with their drying equipment. Best of all, unlike the other team – who showed up at all hours, with no notice, no courtesy, and no masks – Brad's team were polite, safety-conscious, and always communicated with us tenants as well as the landlady and the condo management. They went the extra mile to respect our space and minimize the disruption and risk to us (no small feat in a 2-bedroom apartment during Covid with workers coming in and out). They always answered our questions promptly and left the place spotless. Outstanding job. (BTW I can't comment on the value because it's the condo board that's paying for the repairs, but I hear they're reasonable!)

Jessica kept in constant contact and always responded to any and all questions we had throught our ordeal. She can us peace of mind with her knowledge of what was going on and what we could expect. The workers were super friendly and always on time! The floors look amazing!!! I am so happy with them. They left the place spotless when they were done. They even made my bed. As a young woman living in the city, I was super worried and usually don’t appreciate people coming into my home but, I felt safe and secure with the entire team.
