★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abdullah is the best guy. He is a top customer service specialist. The owner "Ali" is also a great guy. If you have vaping needs, go see these guys. It's by far the best vape shop in downtown Vancouver.

I had a specific budget, I informed the attendant and he showed me only items in that budget, I picked it and went to pay and instead of the items to be charged accordingly, I was charged significantly more even before taxes. Pretty much a bait and switch. I reviewed my receipt as I left and realized I was charged more than I was told I would be. I was out of time so I couldn't go back right away to have it rectified.
Still unhappy with the interaction.
I don't appreciate such behaviour. I don't recommend shopping here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always get their Allo vapes here. They have a lot of great bongs, pipes, etc. I just bought a big sharp stone grinder here and it's my favourite thing now! Customer service is amazing too! Shoutout to Abdul for that!

I go in here I’m given a different price for the same coils. Last time he said “it’s $40, $50 with tax.” Since when can you charge 25% tax? Then when he sees the way I’m looking at him he goes “I’ll give it to you for $45, you can have a discount”.
Basically they’ll charge you a random amount based on what they think they can get away with and how much they think you care/are paying attention. Some are nice and helpful, but it’s certainly not always the case

I visited two weeks ago, and had a specific budget for a Nord X starter kit. The nice guys gave me a ten dollar discount because I didn't have enough. I also bought the wrong juices because I was in a rush, and they still let me exchange it when I came back without a receipt. So polite and understanding.
