★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast delivery and quality product. I am big fond of online shopping and mostly I buy my clothes online. Recently, I have bought a jeans from this store and seriously it’s amazing, fitting is perfect, the fabric is so comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a hat here and noticed the fabric was piling. Returned 15minutes later to the store and they would give me my money back. Store credit or exchange only. Super lame. Very disappointed. Edit: Went back again and pushed to talk a manager and I was given cash back. I was not told or did not see anywhere that they only did exchanges or store credit. Felt tricked and then had to push to get out of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm always greeted with a cheerful smile and friendly, "hello" whenever I walk into Ransom. The staff always offer help, but are never pushy which I truly appreciate during my retail therapy! They carry a variety of lines from different clothing companies but my favourite (which I just recently discovered) is the Ransom line of clothing all designed by a local Jasperite! They have many collaborations with local artists so I know I'll always find a unique piece of clothing that can only be found at Ransom in Jasper!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought this biking from there for $80…. It’s from zaful and they just removed tags. My friend recognized it and I didn’t want to believe her until I looked for myself, so disappointed that I thought I was supporting local when in reality I was getting majorly ripped off, will not be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard pressed to find anything for curves in here, no extended sizes. And some of the brands they carry don’t even go up to an XL. Only small medium and large in 2022? Nah. The jeans? Nothing beyond a size 32 ever. Papillon has plus sizes but they choose not to carry them which I’m so disappointed by. I went to the city and bought Papillon 1x and I would have totally bought it locally if that was an option. Even some of the girls working there have admitted to me they can’t fit in lots of the clothes either. I hope this changes in the future, all the staff are lovely but I’m hard pressed to ever find anything beyond a stretchy shirt or dress in here and I’m only a size 16 pants size 38 bust!
