★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop has a lot of good stock. however, the shop owner has set prices that meet or even exceed ebay.ca prices.
EDIT: I have changed my rating from 2 stars to one. Their customer service is even worse thought. They were only willing to pay me $20 for games that were $80 cad minimum. The owner was particularly rude about how one game I brought in wasn't in very good condition. I will not be back and I recommend avoiding this "shop" like the covid virus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner is really friendly and super knowledgeable but some of the games are priced surprisingly pretty high compared to other related stores in the area. I may or may not come back, not sure yet.
Ps. The games I bought recently were in really good condition. Book and cds, very clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the best selections I've seen in a local game store, huge variety of rare games and collectibles. The owner is very knowledgeable too.
But the prices are way too high, almost everything in this store you could definitely find cheaper either online or in other game stores in the area. Also a lot of the games aren't labeled with a price, making it quite tedious to shop here.
EDIT - After another few visits I would like to comment on the amazing customer service here. The staff is eager to help, and are keen on making sure your purchase is of the best quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son and I went in looking for a couple specific titles that were not available near by and he wanted them for Christmas. We found them here and Shawn (who was working Sunday for the owner) was SO helpful and nice. He tool the time to help us find a manual for the one game in the overstock sections. The place got really busy shortly after we arrived and Shawn was awesome helping everyone he could.
Compared to 3 other key retro game stores in New West and Langley, some games are really high priced at Randy's comparatively but some not so hard to find games were reasonably priced. I can't take a star away for this (yet) as I havent tried to purchase a higher priced game from the owner.
Nice alternative to other stores. Will be a regular stop for us now.
