He has a great sense of humour and gives the home-buying process an easy-going approach that really takes the edge off. He’s basically a fine drink at the end of a hard day’s work - and if you can get him out for a drink, I’d highly recommend that too - he’s a gem!

He quickly arranged times to visit homes we were interested in, which was one of the reasons we could seize a good deal and purchased a nice home in a good location. He is patient, friendly and knowledgeable. We are first-time homebuyers, and we tend to ask a lot of questions. Randy, patiently shared his opinions and offered a lot of useful information.
