During this time, whenever something broke or needed fixing, he addressed the issue right away. The laundry facilities in the building are shared among the tenants and professionally managed by a company. They seldom break (only twice in the six years I've lived here) and are fixed promptly. My husband and I have been happy living at Wrinkler Place and having Randy as our landlord. Randy has always been courteous and professional to us, which we have appreciated. We would highly recommend having Randy has a landlord.
