They are EXTREMELY unprofessional. These lawyers, Claudia Belda and Randall John himself, also the legal assistant Christine Bryant, are crooks and lie about how they do business. They do not care about what the client says and are hypocrites when it comes to helping a client, they take advantage of clients situation when they are in a bind. Once you retain them, you are pretty much screwed and have no choice but to either keep them, or find another lawyer and it will just end up cost you even more money. They may produce results, but they are liars and literally go for your jugular when it comes to wiping your bank account clean. There are MANY alternatives for lawyers in Thunder Bay, choose another firm, trust me. You do not want to go through what I had to with these people, at the end of the day, they are a business, and they put business first, not the client!!!

We has to pay lawyer fee twice for the same house because he rushed us the first time sayung he need the payment the next day, with out the searches being finished on the seller so the house sale did not go thru but he still took his payment. The only reason we went back because he said if it is after a year we would only have to pay the search fee well he lied of course and I argued with him about it and he just talked down to me. He maid my first time buying a house experience terrible.

Kris is polite, he's a pro, he's smart, and an all around fantastic person in every single way. Kris Evans might be the nicest guy I've ever met....he goes to his friend's dog's birthday parties for crying out loud. If you have a bad experience with Kris, you will have a bad experience with every lawyer you ever meet because this guy is top notch.

He was always prepared for every meeting to the fullest extent and he has a great deal of integrity. Our meetings were very purposeful and he explained everything about our house purchase in great detail and in everyday language that we would fully understand. All questions were always answered and nothing was left in the dark. We were extremely pleased with his services and expertise. He made our first experience at a law office a positive one and this experience has counteracted all of the misconceptions that people may have about lawyers.
