★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked with Linda by phone and email to get raw alpaca fleeces for several projects. She's amazing, went out of her way to help me with my questions. The fleeces were washed, and great quality! She more than once included a little bonus gift, a few dozen grams extra fleece at no extra charge, and even sent photos of the alpacas my fleeces came from. I know where my disposable income is going from now on!
