★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I viewed this home and hope there are more options to view and purchase in the near future. The concept of one floor (no stairs) is great for seniors and people with disabilities. But even more appealing is ownership, without strata fees & management issues. 10 ft. ceilings, combi heat and water supply, air exchange are all great features for a new home with a simplistic design.
We hope to see some purchase options in Surrey, or Tri-Cities area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the home was beautiful. We own land and plan on building and were mainly interested to see how the floor heating worked as it is something we are considering. Our plan is with just a couple of differences. I would suggest that you consider in the next plan to have an ensuite in both bedrooms.
