During this critical time of social distancing, in order to protect you and your family and our employees and their families, we will not be entering any occupied residences for either estimates or to perform any work. However, we can complete interior assessments through Facetime inspections. We are still doing exterior inspections at this time along with exterior repairs where we can maintain the recommended social distancing. We will continue this as long as it is permitted. If that changes, we can complete exterior inspections remotely as well. While most projects won’t get underway until after the crisis has passed, this will allow you to find out the cost of your needed repairs and to reserve your place in what is going to be a very abbreviated construction season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi called for help with a foundation issue and spoke with Randy who gave an estimate over the phone. I tried following up multiple times with Randy and calling the office and just have been completely ghosted. If they are too busy to provide service it would appreciated if they could just say so. Edit: Randy personally contacted me recently apologized and explained they had to shut down Edmonton operations and they had miscommunications. I have heard good things about their work and am sorry they couldn’t provide service for us.

I asked if they serviced residential and there was the longest pause before she said very condescendingly 'well where you do you live'? I told her St. Albert. She said they didn't service there anymore, so I politely let her know that online on the ratings guide it says their address as Edmonton so they might want to change it, but she abruptly cut me off and hung up! So if you're from the Edmonton area don't dare call

Randy and his team are more than happy to answer any questions and explain what they are doing. I stopped by a few times while they were working and they were more than happy to show me what was going on and they have so much pride in their work, which is so great to see. For the amount of work we had done the price was great and they made it so easy to support local business!! Our experience was great, I highly highly recommend them!
