★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist Trudy at the Alberta works office is a miserable YOU KNOW WHAT!!! She us very very rude with a nasty tone and belittles you!! If you need Alberta government resources I recommend the drive to red deer or the next nearest office until this terrible woman is replaced by someone who can show human decency to others who are in need of services!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fitness area is equipped with many cardio and weight lifting machines. Many choices of fitness classes. Building is very clean and accessible. Government Departments and Olds High School make up the rest of the building. Excellent place to have in Olds

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym in olds. Lots of equipment to choose from. Plenty of modern cardio equipment to choose from as well. Great indoor running track available. Great staff and welcoming environment. You can pay monthly without a contract.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great facility with nice equipment. Sadly they’ve implemented a restrictive dress code targeting anything they feel as “inappropriate”. All of which is normal gym attire designed for comfort while training. This dress code discrimination has no place in 2019. Feels like 1950s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice facility. I go to the gym there regularly. Has a 200m running track and all the options needed for weightlifting. The high performance center adds another few squat racks. Friendly and great staff. Been going for several years now.
Edited to add that some new equipment has been recently added to do sleds workouts on a treadmill, adductor/abductor machine, and a calf focus machine.
