As a buyer every single house that we viewed, Rajbir provided a thorough unbiased assessment providing us his feedback in terms of both pros and cons.
He never forced us to kind of readily agree and finalize one property over other and never influenced our choice or decision making.
He always protected our interest as a buyer by negotiating the price given our budget and finally made it possible to close our deal with getting us the dream home not only in a great locality that we targeted originally , but a decent home size that we expected to be in.
He always was ready to come along for any number of viewings all across different localities which shows his professionalism n commitment as a realtor.
Even in Sunny's ( Team Purewal ) absence due a personal emergency during the selling process while Sunny was away, Rajbir handled the situation very meticulously and guided us through the entire selling process and helped us finalize and close the deal.
I am extremely grateful and would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
