★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was like serendipity for me! I wasn't looking for it but when I found it - it was better than I hoped! I saw their Ontario Maple Syrup sign and ventured in hoping to buy some. The maple syrup is delicious btw! Higly recommend! Paul and Eleanor (and Willlow the dog) were very kind, generous, and welcoming people! I even went snow-shoeing for the first time on their property trails. It was the best experience! They also had farm animals and a cabin. I would love to come back again to visit and buy more maple syrup. We need more people like Paul and Eleanor in the world.

You’ll feel the goodness of this rural farm as you drive through the gate and begin to see all that’s going on. And now trails to enjoy: wow! Give them a call.

Thank you daughter for being such a kind and friendly person to our kids and ensuring they had an amazing adventure with the farm animals and feeding them! Everything was so cozy, and we felt so welcome and the products we bought are way ahead of the stuff we buy commercially! We will be back for more! Even the dogs were sooooo friendly. We will be back to at least say hello. You all were so friendly and welcoming and we recommend your farm without reserve! We wish you all the very best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family had an amazing time at Rainbow Woods today! It's a family run operation and their passion for farming and maple syrup made for an excellent tour. Their maple syrup is also the best my family has ever tried! I would highly recommend visiting them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful time at Eleanor and Paul's beautiful farm in the Kawarthas. Eleanor and her family are the kindest, most welcoming people. They have a passion for nature and the sustainable use of their land. Our kids learned about the different animals, they fed the baby lambs, and saw the process of making maple syrup. The taste of the maple syrup was out of this world. Overall it was a delightful experience. I agree 100% with the other reviewer - we definitely need more people like Eleanor and family in this world :)
