Very present and caring staff to help you feel supported wherever you are at. So fortunate to have this resource available to us here on Saltspring Island. They deserve way more than 5 stars.
T	Tammy L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hours are horrible. The weekends should be open from 6am to 10pm. Not much to do there. Would be nice to have a sauna, and another hot tub. The hot tub is far too small.
C	Christopher Roy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our local community pool is wonderful, if a little simple compared to its Vancouver Island cousins with lazy rivers and multiple pools. The pool is sometimes a bit cold, kept that way for lane swimmers I understand, but if you're there for your kids, time your visits for Sunday afternoons or Friday evenings when they sometimes have the obstacle course out.

They have a rope swing which is very fun to use and it is fairly new so the facilities are clean compared to other pools I’ve been too. They have an outdoor area with a playground and lots of pool floaties to use. Overall this is a really nice pool to go if your in Salt Spring Island.
T	T G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent for kids and adults of all ages. Aquafit classes are the best I've been to anywhere. Kids programs are super fun. The staff and life guards are genuinely caring and professional. Hot tub has very strong jets in some areas. Always clean.

S	Sue B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way better since it changed managers .... less chlorine, warmer pool temperature. Wish they would add a sloped childrens' pool. ..... Yay ... apparently , it’s in the works ! Great News ! ... and did I mention the Aquafit ?

When we arrived there were only two other children, and neither of them wanted to participate but were just crying. This wasn't our scene. I asked for a refund by phone call the next day, and was told that my message would be passed on to someone who was supposedly able to help me - I waited days for a response. I sent a message through the CRD website, no response. I phoned the front desk again and left a voicemail personally for this person, this was one week ago and still no response. I have little hope of recovering my $160 for a falsely advertised class, and will not be taking my children to any of their swimming lessons, or ever visiting this place again. Would rather swim in the lakes, and enroll in courses with a different programmer that has the respect to answer direct voicemails and questions in a timely manner.
