★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expérience horrible, le chauffeur m'a abandonné, uniquement parce qu'il voulait du liquide et non une carte, j'ai appelé le siège social et ils ont décidé de ne rien faire et ont mis fin à l'appel.
Jamais, jamais, jamais utilisent ces taxis

(Je travail, donc il faut qu'il soit ponctuel)
J'appelle a 5h45 pour avoir un taxi dans les alentours de 6h30. On me répond : vous ne pouvez pas réserver, veuillez rappeler vers 6h00.
Je rappelle donc vers 6h00 et je demande le temps d'attente.
La femme soupir au téléphone et me répond bête : garder bien madame... Moi je suis la pour faire ma job, vous la tienne c'est d'attendre comme tout le monde. Bonne journée. (Elle raccroche)
J'attend toujours en se moment. Et cela fait 1h15 dépasser qu'il n'est toujours pas arriver...
Je comprend le manque d'employer.. Mais l'organisation elle?! Dommage que se soit le seul service parmi joliette et les alentours...

I'm still waiting right now. And it's been 1h15 past that it still hasn't happened ...
I understand the lack of employing .. But the organization it ?! Too bad this is the only service among Joliette and the surrounding area ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les chauffeurs sont polis,courtois et rapide , j'ai jamais eu à attendre plus de 10 min . Autos propre , tarifs bien et de plus les chauffeurs ne font pas exprès pour prendre les plus longues routes. Très attentionner à leurs clients.
The drivers are polished, courteous and fast, I never had to wait more than 10 min. Clean cars, fares well and moreover drivers do not make on purpose to take the longest roads. Very aware of their customers.
