★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shot the shop an email and they responded swiftly, had an opening within 2 days. Was booked in no problem. Arrived, and the shop had a display hanging on the wall so that it was easy to compare what % of tint they do. Settled with Limo on the back and 20% on the front.
Drop off was for 9am and the shop was done with the tint by Noon. Felix was super informative with any questions I had regarding the process or care after the service was completed (First time getting tint done, all the other times I've had tint it was pre-installed from previous owner).
I know the pandemic is practically over, but Felix was very aware of COVID procedures, wiping down pens after use, wiping down my car after he drove it to the back etc.
When people ask me about my tint, Radiant will for sure be getting a recommendation (My buddy who brought me back to the shop turned out loving the results, he ended up talking to Felix and is bringing his vehicle in in the next couple weeks)

Details of what they did on my Tesla Model 3:
PPF - full front bumper, 24” hood, headlights, foglights, A pillars, leading edge glass roof, rocker panels.
Tint - 35% front, 20% rear with 2 piece back windshield that’s virtually undetectable.
Chrome delete - 3M 1080 high gloss black
Center console - 3M 1080 Carbon Fiber

Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. They even corrected some of the minor flaws done by previous installer. I'd highly recommend them. A+++++++

Got an estimate at a body shop that quoted her $2000 and over a week to repair. Felix looked at it and said, "This just needs to be polished and touched up." In the end, it took no more than 2 hours and at a great cost. I would definitely recommend Radiant to all family and friends. Great service, honest feedback, and exceptional work...Thanks Felix
