★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've gone to R-U numerous times over the last decade and can't say enough good things about their customer relations, quality of service and thorough support for my understanding of best practices for after my problem is resolved. In the last month Craig supported my needs for 2 separate issues. He first ensured to fully understand the issues, presented all the likely possible outcomes he may find and answered any further questions I had. When resolved, he again walked me through what happened, why and ensured I was confident leaving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going here for a few years now. Craig is awesome. Knowledgable, friendly, hard working, and reasonable. He has helped me with all of my desktops and laptops, as well as he is the go to guy for the rest of my family. Frankly I don't think he charges enough with the amount of work he does. One of my laptops had a unique issue that caused it to not start up every time it updated. I fought with it for several months. He worked on it for several days giving me updates over the phone, working on it even in his off time. He fixed the issue and its been working great for the past year now, and he charged me under $100 saving me from having to buy another laptop. He gives you a very detailed run down of what exactly went wrong, how he fixed it, and gives recommendations for preventing it.
I honestly can't give him enough of a recommendation. Very professional with every interaction I have had with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ R U Computing was highly recommended by another shop to fix my old laptop. R U Computing gave me great advice and options about how to proceed to fix my issue. It turns out it was a simple fix for them, turn around time was impressive, and luckily I did not have to send out for parts. Customer service was great, casual and informative. Another issue was also diagnosed and addressed that I was unaware of. Happy to have my laptop back up and running in top performance. Very happy.
