Tout le service client était bon. Je recommande.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vous voulez être servie par un douche bag qui a pas de parole et discrimine ses clients ouvertement selon l'ampleur des travaux... vous êtes à la bonne place. En plus c'est lui le boss donc oubliez ça pour faire une plainte.
If you want to be served by a shower bag that has no word and discriminates against its customers openly depending on the scope of work ... you are in the right place. In addition it's him the boss so forget it to make a complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a payé pour la totale pour se rendre compte quelques mois après qui n'ont pas installé les grillages sur la gouttière tel que payé...me retournait pas l'appel quand j'ai avisé le grand boss!
J'avais malheureusement référé avant de me remdre compte de la situation et ils ont fait la même chose à cette autre client.
Pas fiable du tout.
Mais avec tenacité et en tenant mon bpit ils sont finalement repassé finir leur job!!!!
We paid for the total to realize a few months later that they did not install the screens on the gutter as paid ... the call was not returned to me when I informed the big boss!
I had unfortunately referred before realizing the situation and they did the same to this other client.
Not reliable at all.
But with tenacity and holding my bpit they finally came back to finish their job !!!!

Ils ont installe des gouttierres et ils m'ont detruit les soffites dans plusieurs endroits sur une maison neuve!. Suite aux appels repete, le representant Alex Blouin a envoye un des installateurs avec un petit couteau pour reparer... C'etait une blague! Il n'a rien fait bien sure.
Malgre plusieurs autres appels et e-mails, ils ne sont plus revenus.
J'avais paye le travail sans m'appercevoir des degats qu'ils avaient laisse...
Je pense serieusement leur faire une plainte a la Protection aux Consommateurs. UN GROS NON!!!

They installed gutters and they destroyed the soffits in several places on a new house !. Following repeated calls, the representative Alex Blouin sent one of the installers with a small knife to repair ... It was a joke! He did nothing, of course.
Despite several other calls and emails, they never returned.
I had paid for the work without noticing the damage they had left ...
I seriously consider making a complaint to Consumer Protection. A BIG NO !!!

I called this company for an estimate on replacing my gutters (one of two companies I had called for an estimate).The person they sent was an extremely rude person. He arrived as the person from the other company left. The RG guy didn't even ring the bell, just called on the phone and screamed at me to f*** off (in a variety of ways). RG Aluminium. Very bad attitude, very bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give them no stars, I would. They never call you back. Their technicians don’t even Seem to exist. A friend waited 2 years for the tech to come and fix an issue with their work. We haven’t even heard back. Definitely do not recommend.
