★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pool is very nice!! Lots of room to swim and they have a warm pool! They offer great aquafit classes!! The workout room is ok. Don’t go here if you’re looking to work out with free weights. During hockey game nights, it is sometimes hard to find parking. The games themselves are great! Comfortable seats and the tickets aren’t too expensive! It can get a tad crowded and the lines for the bathrooms tend to get long. The canteen has really got BLTs and cookies, I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful facility, great pool, friendly POOL staff, very clean change rooms. The pool staff really were welcoming, helpful, and friendly.
The lady we had at the desk needs a lesson on customer service though, she was so nasty that the person signing in beside us asked us after what was going on. She was rude and short with us, extremely snappy and made us feel very unwelcome. If it weren't for her attitude I would happily give this place a 5 star. She made for a very bad start to a nice afternoon out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The centre has a great pool for children. The therapy pool is nice and warm for my 7 month old. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The pool and change rooms are always clean. There are toys available for use for public swims and at only 2.50 per swim (with wellness passport) it's a great outing for us. The change rooms can feel cold after coming out of the pool, but due to the openness and accessibility of them, this is understandable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely laid out bright recreational facility. I've been several times for events and this place has not failed me yet. It's a massive complex but easy to navigate. I enjoy that you can watch what is going on in each arena, pool, etc. from the corridor. Toy con was well managed and easy to get around. There was also plenty of parking with multiple entrances and exits.
