The monthly meetings always have informative speakers, and there is the chance to network with our peers in the area. The group is also involved in liasing with local politicians to have the landlord's voice heard. If you have properties in the Quinte Region, we highly recommend looking into this group!

Robert runs dynamic and well attended monthly meetings with varied topics, always of interest. With the current Ontario regulations slanted heavily in favor of tenants at any cost (usually the landlord's...) , no landlord can afford not to be up to speed, well informed, and tied in with a supportive group like this.

At first I couldn't attend many meetings and thought it was worth the fees just for the information circulated to members. Now I attend most meetings and find them very helpful and love the social aspect as well. It is great to network with other landlords in the area. I also appreciate the effort of creating a unified message from landlords to the Ontario government.
