★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of kitchen ware. Service on the floor was very kind and helpful.The young lady at the cash register was cold and couldn't be bothered to try a bit. Overall very happy, will not hold a grudge over one person for the whole business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got out of Dante to replenish kitchen knives...rather substantial budget as I needed to get a wok as well.
Tall girl arrives with her mask under her nose and within two minutes takes down her mask and sneezes on her
forearm . Experience ended there
Told my wife we were leaving right then .
I wanted her as fast as possible out of the crammed and disorganised mess of a store..with too much of not enough .
And though I have no problem with a crowded bazaar atmosphere and do not feel entitled to any more consideration than my brother or sister , i do not consider it a privilege to spend money there . Will never set foot in there again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my knives sharpened. Guy did a good job, I'll see how long it lasts. When I bought them they lasted 1 full year before being sharpened. This was during pandemic and delayed going to get them done. Prices reasonable. They have a wide variety of kitchen products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered online, for shipment within Canada, there was a problem with the packaging and they quickly got in touch to try and fix the situation. If you are ordering as a gift, make sure to let them know so that the manufacture's packaging is kept in good shape.
