★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoke to a woman at Quikblind on the phone who told me blinds were covered under warranty. Took them there and was charged $75 to get them fixed. Took them home, put them up, and they did not work. Returned them to Quikblind where they looked at me like it was my fault they were not working. They fixed them again. However, they never really worked properly. They made an odd sound when raising and lowering them and they did not lower evenly. After 6 months they broke again. I will never use this place again. If I could find the correct materials I would fix them myself. It's not rocket science.

Much to my surprise and delight the staff simply said hang on a minute, went to the back and put it back on the tracks and fixed it while I waited. Such a great gesture, and saved me so much time by not having to come back again. Greatly appreciate the customer service, Outstanding. Thanks again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m 5 hours away and Quick blind is the closest repair shop for my Hunter Douglas blind. They fixed it in 1/2 an hour so I didn’t have to drive across the city to come back and get it. Staff was AMAZING, very friendly and efficient. They even gave me a box free of charge(normally they charge) to bring it home in because I just had it wrapped in blankets. Highly recommend Quickblind in Edmonton!!
