★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very disorganized company, we had multiple products with them and they suspended our account but not our software, kept threatening us with actions they never took, and wouldn't respond to any of our emails or phone call. Then the renewal division would then remind us of upcoming license renewals and not be aware of the suspension threats or account status. It was like talking to a Large Enterprise company where one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. Poor Service and relationship management for products you can buy elsewhere.
