Recently completed some interlock work with Queens Property Service. My coworker recommended I consider them, and during the job I found out he does snow removal as well. He was kind enough to offer me a great rate for this upcoming winter season. I could only imagine the work will be just as great.

Queens Property Service does great snow removal. I've never had an issue with snow being removed in a timely matter or with snow left on the road as I saw in some of the other reviews. Prices are fair, the employees are great and the jobs are well done!

We are not very satisfied with the service. That being said, they are comparable to other companies in the area. Our neighbors across the street have JR and Queens is on par at a cheaper price. Queens arrives sometimes before or shortly after JR does for our neighbors. Usually within an hour. When I called JR they quoted me over $100 more than Queens saying they charge more because we are on a busy street and get extra plowing to keep up with City Snow plows...my personal observations lead me to believe this is untrue. Our neighbors' driveways are always in a similar condition to ours so we receive the same service as JR provides for a cheaper price. Sometimes JR beats Queen's by an hour but not often. I would recommend Queens over JR as they are cheaper and there isn't a difference in service. My husband takes the bus to work so needing our car isn't a huge deal. I simply plan on not using the car for errands when we have major snowfall. Not super convenient but I'm in my third trimester of pregnancy so I'm not going out to shovel. If we needed our car to get to work we'd find this service useless, having to shovel our way out. Often I'm frustrated as we can't use our car or have visitors. One example of many is yesterday a storm began (predicted 20-40cm of snow) and it's currently 8pm the next day. We haven't been able to use our driveway and it's still not cleared..it's been about 14 hours that we haven't been able to use our driveway. Our neighbors are plowed but only recently. I had to have a friend use our neighbors driveway and that really bugs me. Next year we won't be hiring anyone. During major snow events we either have to shovel or give up use of the driveway ?. Doesn't really work for us.

Queen’s Property Services has been clearing the snow on my commercial property on Bank Street for several years now. Over the years I’ve witnessed the equipment improve and as a result the quality and speed of the snow clearing has improved as well. They have tractors and trucks of all sizes, as well as shoveling crews, to get the job done to the highest standard. I cleared the snow on my lot myself for many years so I know we do not have the easiest lot to navigate with a tractor. Fortunately the operators at Queen’s are well trained and have yet to do any damage to our many curbs. Like all seasonal businesses there is a bit of a learning curve at the first snowfall. Joe is very responsive to feedback and has always made sure the job was done to the highest level. Throughout the winter I routinely see Joe on site checking to make sure standards are remaining high. Being on the main thorough fare snow plow dump is a bit of a problem, but they are quickly resolved with a phone call if it comes in an unexpected time. Great company, no hesitations in recommending them to anyone with commercial property.

They don't come when needed as long as you are in a contract with them. I have snow more than 15 cms and I cleaned it my self. I made a path for the car to not get stuck. You didn't come to take the 2nd payment. And I offered to pay it this evening. But it seems that you don't have time. You got 50% of the contract in advance for cleaning the driveway one time since the beginning of the winter.

Used them for half a season and then we had an extensive snowfall. They did not come until late in the eveneing way after all of my neighbours lanes had been plowed. I canceled the contract and was told no refund. I said fine and instucted them to no longer come to my property. I would like to thank them for this as I found a new service provider that most of my neiighbours use and I couldn't be more pleased.

I would like to thank Joe and his crew for the EXCELLENT job he has done so far this winter I work in a large Hotel in Ottawa and the parking lot is cleaned down to the Asphalt. This is the second year I contracted Queens and by far the best I've seen here in the last 8 years. I would highly recommend giving Joe a call for a quote for next season. Queens Property Services has been clearing the snow at 1240 Kilborn Place (adult community consisting of 23 units) for the past 6 years. The work consists of clearing the street, driveways and porches and steps of each unit. Very good to excellent service and on time. More so after the last snow storm that we had last week.
