★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice corner as corners go. The condos are only three stories high. So it doesn't feel claustrophobic. Bus stop there , a couple of take out food places . A wine store , ice cream parlour. It's also where the Beaches Jazz festival closes off the road for the street oatty. So yes I'm happy with this corner. The other 3 corners on this intersection are cool with me too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's all new. Not the same feeling or vibe the beaches used to have. Yes somethings are the same like the beautiful beaches and parks and the beautiful old homes and the tree lined streets it just used to have a different feeling. A lot of condo's going up in and around Queen street east around woodbine and I hope that the city won't build any more up the beaches strip it would take away the flavor of the area. Still one of the best places in Toronto to visit many restaurants and shops pubs for now. Have to see what the future holds recommend Toronto guide top level 10 Glenn Dickler ?
