Doctor Wolfrom cut me off from my meds during the pandemic with no supports or alternatives offered. Not only is this illegal it is cruel and unnessesary.

Dr. Beattie and her team have been asked repeatedly by me to give me the 21 day chantix starter pack with 3 repeats and still nothing she and her team are worthless hacks that are only a tad qualified to work giving mediocre care to a remote village in sub saharan Africa.

Receptionist may appear to be nice, however, their doctors do not care for patients suffering from Mental Illness nor understanding what it's like to live on the poverty line of ODSP. The dietician and doctor's there are unable to understand how to get by on $150 a month for food. Instead, they'll come up with a $500 a month meal plan. And if you require any special transportation needs because of mental impairment like PTSD, they feel that we shouldn't even be outside of a Mental Hospital. Being part of Queen's University, I'd expect much higher quality of life and respect, but not here. Expect not to see your actual family doctor, but rather a new, young doctor who just finished school. You will be treated like their science project. Being re-diagnosed every month by someone different.

while my main doctor is great-the residents keep deciding not to fill my medication - so for the 4th time this year i'm seriously concerned that i will die this weekend- ya, great for the nerves.

Zero stars is what I would actually rate it left on hold for 2 hours for them to close without even a word to me. Patients should be given a little bit of respect after waiting. Maybe you have to many patients if you can't even answer your phone. Very disappointed i heard it was terrible since it was taken over now I know it is. Should be embarrassed by the service you provide. Probably a good reason why your rating is a 1.8 stars
