Better than other tennis courts I've been to. It's because it's well maintained with minimal cracks to none, they have about 15 courts (but will be all full by 7pm), and parking is free.

One of the courts has a big crack going down the middle impending play other than that no complaints. There are no lights so I would suggest going during the day. Lots of courts(16) so shouldn't be hard to find a free spot.

Well maintained courts, people were very respectful. Good place to play! It does get busy, expect to wait.

Great courts! Well maintained and LOTS OF THEM! I've never seen 18 courts side by side in one location. Quite a cool spectacle in itself. Ample spaces and always a bench in between every court - so lots of place to sit on - though they are a little worn down. Free parking, nice area, feel very safe playing in this area on these courts.

Really nice place to play pickleball. Folks are friendly and welcoming to newcomers. Large number of clean and well maintained courts.

Beautiful setting for most things good...but the introduction of pay parking slightly distorts the image for families especially during the current epidemic. Tennis courts have also become overpopulated, leading to loud arguments, threats and abusive language. Before, this park would easily have scored a 5.

Courts are good. Would be great if there is lighting. Pickleball noise a bit annoying. Free parking on W 37th Ave although I don't get the point on paid parking around such a place.

Nice tennis courts, lots of people playing here. Playing on the the tennis courts near the pickleball courts was a poor experience. I'm sure other courts further away are ok. Pickleball players were periodically screaming/yelling, loud music was playing, and the distinct pickleball sound everytime a paddle strikes the ball. Quite distracting especially around the baseline. If noise is an issue for you, would recommend playing on tennis courts away from the dedicated pickleball courts.
