No taxi available on Sunday at 9pm from the airport(
Waiting time around 30 minutes. Uber taxi was not available at that moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent airport recently redesigned nicely. A big problem: when you arrive from a domestic flight (probably 90% of actual traffic) you must walk across all the airport (5 minutes) to access the taxis and bus stop. Ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has to be the worst airport, staff and personnel I have ever come across or had an experience with. Travelled to Quebec with my family including 2 young children. We arrived at 4am to checkin for our flight scheduled at 6am on Dec 14. There were close to 200 people on different flights, and there was only 1 (yes that’s correct 1!) person at security clearance. It caused a huge lineup and a bottleneck which resulted in us missing our flight. The lineup cost us well over an hour in waiting.
I ended up spending a lot of money to get my family home.
Never have I ever seen such lack of professionalism and mismanagement at an international airport! Absolutely pathetic and complete lack of empathy!
Never flying out of Quebec ever again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible 14 hour delayed flight. Staff was so rude, no one gave us information as to what was going on, come to find out, the had to call a whole crew in to work, After 10 days in London this was horrible just wanted to get to the ATL. The only thing good about it was the food!
