A wonderful stop on our Sunday afternoon drive in the country. We had the salsa / chips and pretzels ? and of course tasted the local brew. Really enjoyed the experience- Highly recommended- 5 star review

Beautiful and historically accurate Brewery based on the Music barn from line 11 in 1866. Come here for Coldwater history! As well as amazing beer, seating, scenery, food, butter tarts, and beanbag toss/ skating rink in the winter. A fantastic venue, and always welcoming van lifers, children and dogs! Definitely recommend, but they should definitely bring back the farmers salad, because that has got to be the most amazing salad I have ever ate!!!!! So good! Keep it up!!!!

This is one of the best breweries I have been to in Ontario (#117 on the visit list) for ambiance, selection (and quality) of beer and food - well done!! If you are heading or returning from the north via the 400 or 11, it is well worth the side trip off the highway. In fact make it your destination. We had the pleasure of a nice conversation with Graydon (one of the owners) who was kind enough to fill us in on the history of their brewing endeavour.

My family and I visited Quayle’s on Sunday August 15th. We saw the sign on our drive on highway 400 north and thought we should check it out. We loved that the brewery is dog friendly. When we arrived and sat down at the picnic tables a lady came over with two dog bowls for our dogs. That was much appreciated. We enjoyed the beautiful sunny day trying beers and the different menu options. Although the fish tacos were already sold out after a busy afternoon there, we tried the black bean tacos and then pork. Both were delicious! The fresh cut fries were very tasty and so were the Cajun fries. Next time we hope to try the corn on the cob and the fish tacos. The grounds of the brewery are beautiful and they have lots of space for people to spread out. Great food and beers! Amazing atmosphere! We can’t wait to return.

Visit late September, 2021. Unfortunately restaurant was closed at the time. Mobility impaired accessible. Purchased beer at the kiosk. Staff member Ben was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable in each product. Excellent beer garden with covered seating areas and a very well maintained and beautiful garden. Hops grown right beside the brewery. Although not tried, menu offerings look great.

Been here a couple of times ,the first time I found the brewery by fluke when driving around Moonstone trying to catch a glimpse of fall colors (it was kismet!) I am not a beer fan yet the charm of this place gets me coming back. It’s a great place for friends and family to relax and unwind amongst an expansive field of hops. The landscape is gorgeous. I generally get the fights which has a wonderful selection of craft beer; my favorite is the smoked oak one and the no. 1 larger. They have also recently added a beer garden which looked amazing but unfortunately I could not enjoy it as it was raining. Nevertheless , if the outdoors is not available, the indoors will not disappoint. For the food, definitely try the Cajun fries - they are crispy and tangy and plenty for 4! The popcorn is a hit and miss. Definitely worth a visit!

Great place. First time here. Had the smash burger and a Big Shute and a Right Bauer. Best ever burger and really liked the beers. My wife had the Fiddle & Field and fish tacos. Loved it. Wish you would stay open later than 9:00. We'll be back and bring more friends.

Tons of Beer in this place and not your usual. Quite different indeed. Their soups are great as well. We had the Potato Leek & my brother in law the French Onion, he truly enjoyed it. We tasted the Sandstorm 8.2% alcohol, with a truly marked hops taste (as the beginning, I thought it was grapefruit. Free WiFi, a washroom availability and an ice stake rink somewhere. The people were friendly (except for us being told not to open the beers we bought... and later on staff being reprimanded after they had approved). Quayle's also has an outside patio as well, and it looks nice.
