★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About a year a half and ago, my time to apply for permanent residency came around. I was leaning on doing by myself, but after reading everything and all the options, I got so confused and overwhelmed about which way to go and I decided to seek professional assistance.
The services of Darren Penner and his team were recommended to me by a friend, a business owner -- not my case -- who had just become a permanent resident under Darren's representation. So after this reference I contacted Darren without even looking for other professionals.
In our very first meeting, Darren drew up a plan for me with every specific step that needed to be taken and he assured me after simulating my Express Entry score that I would safely be invited to apply for permanent residency. He actually showed the point breakdown, which made me calm during the whole process.
From the day I first met Darren to the day my PR card arrived, one year and five months had gone by. But whenever why I had questions, Darren would always get back with answers -- or alternative solutions when a clear answer wasn't possible.
