We are a non-profit charitable volunteer organization committed to fostering, developing, promoting, programming, and showcasing a wide range of cultural activities in the visual, performing, and literary arts and crafts.  We have taken an over one hundred year old building and turned it into a cultural centre for the arts.

We have four rooms that are ready for use – a Performance Room, Art Gallery, Art Studio, and Dance Studio.  Our Performance Room contains a fully equipped kitchen complete with fridge, stove, cupboards, and triple sink — perfect for your next meeting, family gathering, or workshop.

QVCA is now open with the following limited capacity and restrictions:

Updated QVCA COVID-19 Policy, Effective Starting January 4, 2022

1. Proof of full vaccination required for everyone eligible, including 12 and up, as well as younger age groups as they become eligible. Required proof will either be a printed or scanned (to your phone or computer) copy of your Saskatchewan Health Authority documentation, or the wallet card you received with your second shot, which must show your name and date. Adults using the wallet card must provide photo ID, if not personally known to the person checking proof of vaccination. 

2. Mandatory masking in the building at all times, except when eating or drinking.

3. Must maintain at least a two metre distance from others.

4. Use the east front door for ENTRY, and the west front door for EXIT.

5. Hand sanitizer used upon entrance and exit from the QVCA.

6. Bathroom hand washing for 20 seconds.

7. You may bring your own beverage and snack, but the kitchen is closed, including use of the dishes, until further notice. 

8. PREFERABLY, one event at a time in the building. Otherwise, staggered meeting times between user groups IF more than one simultaneous event.

9. Maximum 15 people.

10. Users are required to disinfect the areas they use.
