I was on the hunt for radios that were (are) backordered everywhere, and must have called 20+ companies. Luckily enough, QLD had them in stock. I needed them on very short notice, and Lisa, the Sales Associate, kindly accommodated. She provided the quote, looked into different shipping options (the flooding BC complicated things). Brenda processed my order very quickly, and the package was shipped that same day. Brenda even tracked my package every step of the way and provided frequent updates, which was so appreciated. After this, Lisa reached out and shared that Motorola was running a promotion which included a complementary radio. I completely was not expecting this, as my order had already been fulfilled and I wouldn't have known had she not mentioned it. April submitted the paperwork for the promo and made sure I had all the account information. I had trouble tracking the status of the claim, and April helped me follow up and confirmed the tracking details. Overall, I'm truly blown away by everyone's diligence, attitude and professionalism. The team at QLD clearly cares about its clients, and I would recommend them without a doubt. Again, thank you so much, Lisa, Brenda and April!
