★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found out that Pyrhha only charges in USD for online orders on theirr website and will add on CAD taxes in USD on the purchase regardless if you use a Canadian billing and shipping address. I approached Pyrhha about this and both Emma and Stephanie were very understanding and my order was reprocessed in CAD dollars. I did inform them that they should provide both a phone number and disclaimer on their website for CAD customers about ordering. CAD customers should call Pyrhha directly if they are not in close proximity to a Pyrhha reseller so they don't get charged in US funds from the online storefront.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like that the talismans are meaningful and make special gifts. The jewellery is beautifully and locally designed, however, I have noticed a decline in quality since the beginning of this business. It is something akin to having a favourite dish at a restaurant and having them cut back on portions AND hike the prices at the same time. The talismans have gotten thinner and less weighty in general and the ones with "14k gold" seem a little fishy. The gold on them is not as yellow as what 14k usually looks like. A knowledgeable jeweller confirmed that the quality has declined, comparing an item purchased years ago, to a similar one purchased recently. I hope that the owners do something to maintain the quality of these beautiful talismans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been buying Pyrrha talismans for my wife for years (she's a huge fan) and on a recent cruise through the website, I spotted a memento mori ring that appealed to my love of skulls. Unfortunately, the sizes available on the website were too small for my giant fingers. Luckily, it's very easy to order a custom-sized ring. After a quick (and prompt) email exchange, I had the order form for my ring filled out and returned, and my ring a couple of weeks later. Now, this ring may or may not bestow upon me the awesome power of the Gods whenever I utter the magic word, but it does fit perfectly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my talismans professionally cleaned and they inadvertently removed the oxidation from the background of my charms. (I did not read my care instructions!!) I reached out to Pyrrha and told them of my mistake and they had me return them so that they could bring them back to their original condition. They arrived back to me very quickly and were like brand new! I was so happy to have then back. Pyrrha was helpful, friendly and fast! I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! They have Beautiful jewelry and great customer service! Refreshing!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been a customer for several years now and I have to say, this is my favorite brand of jewelry! I love the uniqueness of the talismans, being cast from wax seals, and the deep meaning behind each one. Besides being beautiful, the quality is incredible. I’m pretty hard on my jewelry (I tend to live in it) and these talismans are STURDY. I feel like I never have to worry about them not lasting a lifetime. The customer service is phenomenal and they send a little handwritten note with every order, which I think is so sweet. But I think one of my favorite things about this brand is that they are a certified B corporation and use all recycled materials, so I feel really good about supporting them and knowing they are doing good things for the planet. 20/10 recommend.
