★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went in for an estimate and they failed to mention that there is a fee for estimates! there is no sign on the building inside or out to say that there is a fee for estimates! had i known this I would not have bothered with them! I felt like they blamed me for not knowing about the fee and they were not going to let me leave with my car! btw their competitor across the street offers free estimates!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In February, 2013, I had a 1:00pm appointment for a wheel alignment to my car. I drove 1.5 hrs from Wabasca to take in the car. I dropped it off and they told me it would be done about 1.5 to 2 hours. An hour and a half later they called me and told me they could not work on my car because there was "a truck" that had been sitting in the shop all morning and they needed to work on that one first. I asked them why they did not tell me this right away when I bought my car in and what was the reason for my booking an appointment. Anyway, I walked back to their shop, they handed me my keys (you would think they would at least apologize for the inconvenience..not) without a word, and I walked out. What Horrible Customer Service. I will never go there again. I wasted the day, my time and money just to go to a "supposed" pre-scheduled appointment. Such inconsiderate people..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been using the guys for years for all my parts & service needs. They always have the lowest prices in town and they never try and take you for a ride on services you don't need. I'm always 100% happy and impressed with their integrity. If you do find a lower price I'm sure they would match it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In response to Mrs Atkinson’s review I am sorry you had a misunderstanding with us. In order to give you an accurate estimate we needed to clean/degrease your engine, radiator, coolers which we mentioned to you as well as the UV dye that was added. The vehicle was dropped off to find an oil leak and then provide an estimate so sorry you thought the 1 hour we spent on it would be free. We like to identify the problem rather than guess on the repair. I do base my business on honesty and integrity and do our best to treat people right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in after 4:30 because I needed the belt replaced on my truck, I explained my situation to them and they took my truck in right away and had the belt changed in no time. All of the staff were super friendly and easy to talk to, I actually enjoyed meeting them and the conversations that we had while I waited. The staff were super helpful in answering all of the other questions and inquiries that I could throw at them. Thanks so much to all of the staff at pyramid you guys made my day! Would highly recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely pleased with the speediness, service, efficiency and thoroughness of Rob at Pyramid Mechanical . I called and was given an appointment the next day. Within three hours he solved a problem that has been plaguing us for two years. He did not stop at the main problem but proceeded to give the motor and prop a detailed inspection where he found other issues that needed attention. We now can drive our boat with the assurance that it is safe. Not concerning a mechanical issue but also important was the warm atmosphere and friendly staff at Pyramids Mechanical. I would highly recommend this business.
