Forever grateful and still utterly awed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enrolled into the Beginner's Yoga. Camala is a wonderful instructor who knows and understands yoga, as well as what the layperson needs. She has a lovely sense of humour; is laid back but insures that practitioners have correct alignment. Her kind encouragement and acknowledgement that yoga is something that should never be "uncomfortable" is refreshing.
